1.Who we are
FitCash is operated by 9537-2058 Québec Inc. ("FitCash", "we" or "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the FitCash app and website, and how we use it. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at ghamzastudios@gmail.com.
2.What we collect
- Account details: email, name, username, and profile photo if you add one.
- Workout results: the challenges you join, your rep counts or plank times, and which days you completed.
- Payment and payout details: entry fees, winnings, your wallet balance, and your PayPal or gift-card email. Card payments are handled by Whop. We never see your full card number.
- Device information: device model, app version, time zone, IP address and push notification token, used to run the app and detect cheating.
- What you send us: support messages, and any documents you send for identity verification or a medical refund request.
3.Your camera
Your video never leaves your phone. Reps are counted on your device. Video isn't recorded, stored or sent to us. We only receive the results, such as your rep count.
4.How we use it
We use your information to run your account and your challenges, process payments and withdrawals, detect cheating and fraud, send you reminders and results, answer support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
6.How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, except payment and tax records, which we keep as long as the law requires (usually 6 years). We keep records of banned accounts to prevent fraud.
We protect your information with encryption and access controls.
7.Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email ghamzastudios@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself in the app.
8.Age limit
FitCash is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If we find out we have, we delete it.
9.Changes to this policy
If we make an important change, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
